Bombay Attire Exchange & Returns Policy

At Bombay Attire, your satisfaction is our top priority. We’ve designed a smooth and transparent exchange process to ensure a hassle-free experience.

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
  • Type of Exchange: We allow size exchanges only.
  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Hygiene Clause: Exchanges will not be accepted if the item appears worn, washed, or soiled
  • Some of our collections, like Buy 2 Get 1 Free, are not available for exchange.

Special Note for Sizes 3XL to 6XL

Products in sizes 3XL to 6XL are made on order and follow a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy:

  • 2–3 Working Days for Production
  • Only Prepaid Orders Accepted
  • No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges for Sizes 3XL to 6XL under any circumstances

How to Request an Exchange

  • Visit our website and go to the Raise an Exchange Request page to submit your request.
  • Alternatively, you may contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9274730411 (office hours: 10 AM – 6 PM) with your order ID

Exchange Process

  1. Pickup Initiation: Once your request is approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled. The product will typically be picked up within 2-3 working days from your address.
  2. Handing Over: Please ensure you hand over the correct item as per your original order.
  3. Return Transit & Processing: The full exchange process — from pickup to delivery back to our warehouse — may take 7 to 15 working days
  4. New Product Dispatch: Your replacement item will be shipped only after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.

Delivery Charges

  • A delivery fee of ₹200 per item will apply to all exchanges & reverse pickup requests generated by us.
  • This amount must be paid via online payment methods. Cash on Delivery is not accepted for these charges.

Refund Policy (For Damaged Items Only)

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of damaged items and are subject to quality check clearance
  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund will be processed within 7 to 8 working days.

Reverse Pickup Limitations

  • For areas where reverse pickup is not available, you will need to self-courier the product to us.
  • The return shipping address will be the same as mentioned on our contact page

Incorrect/Damaged Product Delivery

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged item, notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp at +91 9274730411.
  • Make sure to share a 360-degree parcel opening video as evidence. Complaints without this video will not be accepted.

Important Note – Partial COD Advance

  • If you selected Partial Cash on Delivery, the advance amount (e.g., ₹99) paid to confirm your order is non-refundable under any circumstances — including cancellation, rejection at delivery, or failed delivery attempts.
  • This policy is in place to reduce fake orders and streamline delivery operations.
